Next Members Evening Announced

It's that time of year again when we open up the doors and let all you lovely members into the Brewery for complimentary beer and food!

You are cordially invited here four weeks today, on Thursday 5th September, to come and enjoy the third members' evening of the year. 

We've chosen Thursday 5 September specifically because that is the day we are able to go down to the hop fields in Herefordshire to take part in a hop walk, bring back fresh hops and fresh hop bines for the Tap Room. We can only brew our fresh hope ale once a year and this is it! 

The evening will kick off from 5pm until about 9pm, but there's no rush to come at 5pm as you'll be able to see the brewing process throughout the evening. There'll be a chance to see the brew transfer from the mash tun to the kettle and when the fresh hops are added. It'll be free flow throughout the evening and you'll get the chance to chat to Phil and to John in the brewery. Food and beer will be available in the Malt Room so please make sure you come up to the Malt Room on arrival to register your attendance.

We would like to give you all the opportunity as well to name this year's fresh hop brew so get your thinking caps on and pop your ideas down on the night!
